What happened?

You’ve lost data. In almost all cases we can reconstruct your data, e.g. at:

2. Do not connect the defective storage medium anymore!
3. Pay attention to pack the storage medium well!

Through the high impact sensitiveness of storage media, in particular of hard disks, it is important to pack these well e.g. under the generous use of air bubble wrap.

Our procedure

You will receivve a qualified diagnosis from us for your defective storage medium normally within 24 hours (in very urgent cases even in less than six hours). This contains information about the severity of the damage, the needed period as well as the estimated costs for the data retrieval.

How does it go on?

After the successful data rescue you receive your data upon request on a new hard disk (internal or external). You will receive the new hard drive either as a loan or to a preferential price. You can also give us your own storage medium to backup your recovered data or receive the data (at small amounts of data) on CD’s or DVD’s. With pleasure you can fetch the retrieved data directly from us or we simply send them to you.
