Do you have problems with your server?

Our repair shop is specialized onto the repair of defective servers. We perform for you e.g. repairs at Motherboards, power units or graphics cards and replace defective components as random access memory, processors, hard disks or fans. Your advantage is our short operating time of 2-3 working days, since we repair in-house and lead many spare parts storing.

We guarantee fair prices to you in the case of a server-repair

A cost-effective fault diagnosis can facilitate the decision, whether a repair is reasonable or not. Alternatively we offer you the purchase of your defective server, according to condition and type, for an amount up to 300, - €. Choose "device sell" for that in our contact form.

Shipping and packaging information

1. In the case of hardware-problems please send us the server always with the power supply unit. It could be that the power supply unit causes the defect.
2. In the case of software-problems it is important to add all installation- resp. recovery-discs which contain the operating system and possible available driver-discs. If only a single program should not function, we ask you to add the installation-disc of this program as well as possible available external hardware which the program accesses, e.g. an external soundcard.
3. Please pay attention to a secure packaging at shipping. The device should have a distance of 5cm to the packaging
4. Please print the online form and send it to us backfilled & signed with the device or by E-Mail / fax too.
5. f your device was already once over here in repair, please note this down on the form by means of a short error description.
6. After we have taken the device towards, you will immediately receive an E-Mail with the order number from us

In case of server-repairs there are the following guarantee options:

1. New, original server spare parts with up to 12 months of guarantee (Manufacturer-dependent)
2. Used, original server spare parts with 6 months of guarantee
3. Server-repair of the electronics with 6 months of guarantee (40,- € extra charge for further 6 months of guarantee
4. Server-replacement-service through a replacement-unit with 6 months of guarantee (40,- € extra charge for further 6 months of guarantee)
5. Purchase of your old server as well as hardware of related species
